This post was written for Train for Success group. Train for Success was formerly known as TechnoFunda Society but later changed the name. It is a group of stock market traders run by Mr Nishant Arora. TIC stands for TFS Inner Circle. It is a paid group of TFS with a closer bond to the mentor Nishant Arora or NA as he is affectionately called.
After I joined the TIC group, I was just blown away by the content and intent. This article was written to provide an idea about the place and its ambiance.
==============================
No! I am not going to tell you how good is TIC and what market learning concepts you might get.

Those are there, any given day. After all, it’s a market-oriented circle that consists of wannabe traders under the mentorship of NA.
It is about another level of TIC. Things that form the roots of the TIC tree.
I am talking about the intent of the organization. The content, we know, is excellent. I will come back to intent in a while.
I have been lucky enough that I was taught the value of integrity, honesty, fairness, and competence since I was a child.
As I grew up, with my own experience of people, I added another to that list – Steadfastness or uncompromising on principles.
Not trading your set of values at any cost.
There are many examples in the history of artists and scientists who did not compromise and excelled because of that trait. That one trait separated them from the majority.
Maanak is the word for standard in Hindi. In Urdu, it is called Meyaar.
I am often reminded of this couplet by Amit Sharma Meet when I think of meyaar.
Meyaar girta ja raha hai
Aadmi nikharta ja raha hai
Translated, it means
While the standards are falling
The man is flourishing
Take a look around and fathom how true this couplet is!
It is the falling standards and profiteering mindset that throws substandard products at us, an education system that fails to educate, shallow social structure, and relations that are not as meaningful.
The finance and money sector is even worse. Full of not only substandard people but also con persons.
Let me remind you. These cons exist because we want them to serve us shortcuts, guaranteed formulas, and the next big stock recipe.
They use our psyche to generate an amygdala response. Time after time we fool ourselves.
We are the actual cons.
It is like we are in a kind of desert and we keep falling for the sand garbed as water.
But once in a while, there comes an oasis. So beautiful that we refuse to believe that. We freeze. Tell ourselves that this cannot happen.
No! There cannot be lush vegetation. No! it is just another illusion.
Well! Your past hurts and disappointments may hold your feet, TIC happens to be one such oasis in the desert of financial world. You must have seen the green lush environment on the outskirts – TFS.
Creating an oasis in the desert requires a lot of hard work as the desert environment is not conducive to such ideas.
You need unflinching conviction and a set of standards that do not wither away with dry and hot desert air.
One word of caution! The water is not served in bottles in TIC, you are provided skills to dig water in the sand. So if you hate digging, the next water shop is waiting to skin you.
I am the first batch student of TIC.
When I joined TFS, there seemed a man who was honest, had integrity and was steadfast.
By all means, the rare qualities that I value above anything else.
Standards cannot be feigned over a period. Because standards demand sacrifice on part of the one who keeps them. And standards do not ask for pomp and show.
TFS had standards. Quite a contrast to other groups and Twitter handles out there.
Here was a man who made sense, was straightforward, and seemed to know his stuff.
And, after spending more than 6 months in TIC, I know my hunch was right.
TIC originally started as a platform that would provide a glimpse of NA’s thoughts as and when he wished.
I jumped in immediately.
People run after people to get pictures clicked and here was this person offering his mind thoughts.
Definitely, I was game.
To my and everybody’s astonishment, he used that platform to create a Temple of Education.
A place where one could enter, grow and work on himself.
The education in TIC is not limited to the market study but the other very important and often ignored component – yourself.
Isn’t TIC Just Another Business?
On the surface, TIC is and looks like business. There is a monthly fee and you are in the circle as long as you are paying.
Why is it different then?
First is the value that one gets in return and the second is ambiance. Remember, I said this post is mainly about ambiance!
But the value first!
We are used to a world of high sales pitch and low delivery. All over social media, TV, and print media we see the shrill pitch who keep selling sand in the garb of water.
So when there is the opposite scenario of subtle sales pitch and high delivery it unsettles our mind which is not used to this and deems it as an aberration.
And we might become skeptical.
For a low fee, you can use TIC to transform your mind into a focused powerhouse full of market concepts and an aptitude to use them well.
It is worthy of mention here that market concepts are scientifically sound and kind of unique, built over a vast expanse of knowledge distilled by experience.
But you know that from your TFS experience. Don’t you?
Therefore, it is a skewed scenario where the fee becomes negligible when you compare it with the value offered.
It has just been six months. Most of the active traders have earned many times over the fee. One of them reported 100 percent gains of his capital. A recent post was about 41%.
But that is not what we concentrate on there. The emphasis is on learning the process and market. Profits come as a result and not because we chase them.
Even so, the fee does not even count over a period from an accounting sense too.
But there is even a more important thing that makes TIC invaluable.
Ambiance and Intent, are both related because ambiance cannot be created unless there is intent.
When it comes to intent, I am yet to see the kind of concern and consideration NA has.
Not only he produces the content, but he also holds your hand to walk through the concept, addresses your doubts, at times prods, and nudges you to kindle the fire within.
And alchemy happens when you come in contact with the touchstone.
Remember the phrase “Tapey so Kundan hoye”
He wants his students to succeed.
Contrast that with the people who want to take credit when a student succeeds in spite of them.
He deems that his success is defined by the success of TIC students.
He works 24*7 and when not active on the discussion platforms, he is creating content.
You might argue, that it is his business he has to.
Well! I do not concur!
He is a trader par excellence. I do not believe he needs this business to thrive and that is why there is a greater angle to it than the money.
Not long ago, a trader pitched his webinar to me. I declined. Then later he pitched the webinar recordings. It seemed a reasonable price and I bought it.
Though I spent money, I could not finish his blabber. He told me that his webinar had game-changing concepts.
Huh!
However, at TFS, where I did not pay a single penny, I searched for and read every word published with #NA hashtag.
Because there was a sound philosophy. The difference is just outstanding.
At TIC too, everyone jumps at the sight of new audio, video or text from him.
The content is so powerful.
That is the kind of content that cannot be created unless you have your students’ benefits prioritized.
Students first! [Even most of the schools do not put children first, this concept is almost oblivion in education system]
I have witnessed NA calling for a closed group and then over-deliver to create a Temple of Education.
It is quite empowering and inspiring.
P.S.
It is not a call for solicitation. Rather, it is an expression of gratitude.
It is up to your Neo to choose between the red pill or blue pill. {Ref – Matrix]
P.S
After being two years in TIC, I reiterate fully the above things. What was true then is true now.
