I just noticed it today when I was looking for an image to publish on Med Care Tips.

Google has changed the image result interface.

I like it.

Instead of thumbnail along with URL display, present interface simply has thumbnails which enlarge when you hover your mouse over the thumbnail and display more information.

Moreover, there is no need to click the next page link as  pages would automatically load when you scroll down.

It also provides more choices to refine your results.
